Main Studio Lights

Main light switches are located: Next to the front door Next to the office door

These control:

Downstairs studio lights

Lobby lights

⚠️ Ensure the lobby lamp is turned on before switching off main lights.

Fan Lights (Ceiling Lights)

Fan lights are controlled by remote.

Remote locations:

By the sound system (downstairs studio)

In the office

How to use:

Point remote at the fan/light unit

Press ON

Use + / - to adjust brightness

LED Lights

LED lights can be controlled in two ways:

Wall-mounted white controller

iPad (Govee app)

iPad Control Steps:

Unlock iPad (code: 9060)

Open Govee App

Select studio (upstairs or downstairs)

Turn LED lights on/off

Adjust colours as needed

Turn off using the same process

Bluetooth Connection

Turn speaker on (switch at back)

Hold Bluetooth button until blue light flashes

Connect device to “Yorkville”

Control volume from your device

AUX Connection

Plug device into AUX cord

Turn speaker on (switch at back)

Control volume from your device

Important

Always turn off the speaker after use

Fan Control

Fan remotes are located:

In the office

Beside the speaker in the downstairs studio

How to use:

Point remote at fan

Press ON

Adjust speed using + / -

Use

iPads are used for:

LED light control (Govee app)

Teachers music and teacher tool

Always turn off equipment after use (sound, lights, fans, LED systems)

Return all remotes and devices to their correct storage locations

Do not change WiFi settings or system configurations

If something is not working, report it rather than troubleshooting extensively
